Gluteal exercises: Exercising your booty (gluteal) muscles will make them more defined, and in good position and toned. The only way to get more booty muscle is an intensive exercise routine with resistance (weight training) several hours a day 5-6 days a week. You can't gain fat in a certain spot by wishing. If you gain weight, it can go anywhere, you can't control that.
