Smooth feet: After you get your feet wet (shower bath or swimming). Take the stone and rub back and forth over the hardened areas. You should see some skin flaking off. You can apply lotion to your feet afterwards. Avoid going barefoot in common areas and check your feet daily and you'll be well on your way to healthy smooth beautiful feet.

Topical moisturizer: Try using a topical moisturizer twice a day. You may benefit with using a pumice stone or an emory board to scrape away any dry callus areas.
