Yes: I assume you mean liver enzymes. Any abnormal liver test should be investigated even if that means just rechecking the lab to see a trend. Caused of elevated liver enzymes are many. Hepatitis, gallbladder infection, blocked bile ducts by stones or cancer, infection of the bile ducts, fatty liver, liver tumors, ect. See your doctor.
