Severe blur: The image on the retina is upside down but our brain reverses it in dealing with our perception of the real world. An experiment with a lens that inverts the image has been run and after 2-5 days the images seem correct again. Removing your lens will not invert the image, it will simply create a useless blur.

No: If your eye did not have a lens your vision would be very blurry. The lens helps to refract (focus) light onto the retina. It does not invert images. Some people live without a lens in thier eye (aphakia) and use strong glasses or contact lenses to improve vision.
