Not relevant...: It is not relevant; you may intercourse or ejaculate whenever or however you can tolerate and perform. But remember: Sex arousal - ejaculation will increase circulation through it and cause vigorous muscle contraction. Being "too" often in such may exaggerate the already existing urinary symptoms.
