Usually deconditione: Anxiety increases heart rates, and abbreviates lifespan. Being deconditioned increases heart rate. Obcviously this comes from not excercising, which shortens life span. Then, thyoid issues, heart problems, can increase hr. See your doctor to discuss the probleand a physical.M, your concerns.
