Ear wax or fluid: your ears maybe clogged with earwax or there maybe fluid in your middle ear usually due to allergies. A simple checkup by your doctor will tell and your doctor can treat it as well.

Ear wax / ET problem: It could be obstruction of the external canal by ear wax, or eustachian tube (ET) dysfunction. If it's ear wax, may be removed by gently irrigating the external canal. If it's the ET, you may be able to resolve the problem by using an over-the-counter nasal spray like Afrin. If these don't resolve the problem, you may need to see your physician.
