If bad 2nd or 3rd : Degree, see a physician. If just red and small blister, try washing with cold water, do not pop or peel any blisters that form and do not place ice directly. Ask your physician for silvadine as some people have a decrease in pain from this as well as its main purpose of avoiding infections. Ibuprofen, if appropriate for your health, will also help with the pain. I hope that helps!
