Naphalozine: Is a vasoconstrictor, has been around for a long time to treat allergic type of eye conditions. Any medicine that constricts blood vessels in the eye will get rid of the redness but is not healthy for the eye. There are other good over the counter eye drops that can help with what ever it is you have.
