Adjunct only: Much of the practice of general medicine involves keeping atherosclerosis at bay. I've looked at the claims for beet root juice. They range from the clearly false ('removes calcium') to the not-yet-hard-scientific ('nitrate'). Manage your vascular health scientifically ; ask an honest holist for guidance.
