Uterine factor?: Amenorrhea (no period) after d ; c should consider uterine adhesion (scar tissue). You should seek a gynecologist to do a full examination including hsg or hysteriacopy. Meanwhile, you may also check estradiol, fsh, prolactin, tsh, and HCG to rule out other hormonal factors.

2-5 weeks: Usually one expects to have the first cycle after a miscarriage 2-6 weeks after. It is not common to be treated with Progesterone so soon after a miscarriage.
