HIV: If there was vaginal or anal penetration by a penis which was not covered by a condom there is a chance of transmission of hiv, even if there was no overt ejaculation. Since this question is coming from a male subject the issue is not entirely clear. Be very very careful. Hiv can also be transmitted by oral sex with ejaculate hitting the back of the throat or tonsils.
