Hard to say: It's possible that you will have a period soon, or it could be in 10 days or so. The Progesterone in Plan B can disrupt the lining of your uterus, which is what it sounds like what happened on days 10 and 11. Then you'll need another cycle with estrogen affecting the lining to build it back up again... So you can have another period. Hope that helps.
