Can I be Pregnant: I do not understand how having a bloated stomach during the winter and flu season can in any way trigger a pregnancy worry. But, since you are worried the simple answer is that it is highly unlikely to get pregnant fourteen years after tubal ligation. But, it is not 100% unlikely. If your mind needs reassurance then, if it has been more than 14 days since your possible sexual encounter, get tested.
