How about the tube?: It seems your doctor has ruled out your ovulation and sperm problems. Then you should check to see if your tubes are open and functioning. Also, you need to ruled out a condition called endometriosis. I do believe you need a professional help if failed conceive after one year.

Complete workup: The work-up or testing that we do for infertile couples includes testing for ovulation and a semen analysis, but also includes testing to see if the tubes are open and testing for ovarian reserve (aging). After the work up is complete, a fertility doctor can offer you a number of choices for treatment such as IUI or ivf, even if no obvious cause is found.

Unsure: It can take a normal couple up to 18 months to achieve a conception. If your partner has a normal semen analysis and it has been confirmed that you do ovulate, then the next question is "are your fallopian tubes open?". There are tests to answer that question. You need to see your ob/gyn.
