Depends: If a woman is not having periods, she is likely not ovulating. That could be due to medications, hormonal disorders, pcos, menopause, or some other reason. A 41 year old woman would be expected to have some decrement in fertility, if that is the issue. It is fairly certain that a woman who does ovulate will either conceive or have a period.
