Hepatitis b blood test shows both anti-hbs (i was vaccinated 13 years ago) and hbsag. Does that mean i was recently exposed or that I am chronic?
I am always in fear of contacting hepatitis b. I got vaccinated but anti hbs level is 6.33mIU/mL. This makes me worried. My hbsag was negative 1.5 years ago. I dnt want to go to laboratory again and again. Is it very easy to get hepatitis b or c?
In june 2019 i completed engirex b course (tested hbsag in January 19 as negative). In january 2020 anti hbs level checked and is 6.33mIU/ml. Is this level of anti hbs providing some protection against hep b virus or vaccination was useless?
Testing for HBsAg can give false positive after vaccination. Is it the case with Hepatitis B PCR also? Does vaccination affect DNA PCR result also?
