See answer: A furuncule is a boil and generally completely resolves on its own or after treatment. Your residual symptoms could be related to hemorrhoids, anal fissure, or an anal fistula. Conservative treatment usually adequate: avoid constipation, good perianal hygiene (clean and dry), and otc creams/medicated cleansing pads (e.g. Glycerin/witch hazel). If symptoms persist, see md for adequate diagnosis/rx.
