Time: Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive after a year of regular unprotected intercourse. The time may be shortened to to 6 months in older women, and in women with long or irregular cycles, we may begin testing and treatment sooner as well. 35 days is a just on the edge of abnormal, so you may have trouble conceiving, but that is not a given.
