Not pregnant: If two correctly done pregnancy test are both negative today, then the woman is not pregnant as of about 10 days ago. If she ovulated and conceived since that time, she could be becoming pregnant (today's test would be too early to show that). One can wait for the next menstrual period, and retest if that one is missed by a few days to a week.
