Amount: Try small meals at more frequent interval-"grazing". Your pregnancy compresses your stomach which can't tolerate being filled very much so try to keep the volume small. What you're actually eating isn't particularly important. Don't lie down for 1-2 hours after eating or drinking; maintaining upright posture favors passage of digested food downward through your duodenum instead of your esophagus.
