Possibly: Most meds in acne are contraindicated and should not be used. Benzoyl peroxide (proactive) is a category c drug which means it has not been tested so it is unknown if it is safe. Topical Erythromycin is safe to use.

Ask obstetrician: The active ingredients in proactiv, if memory serves, are benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, neither of which has been shown to be harmful during pregnancy. That said, many obstetricians do not permit taking any medication, even topically applied ones, this early in a pregnancy. So i would suggest holding off on using proactiv, or anything else, until you check with your obstetrician.
