See doc: I would see your physician and have an evaluation the shoulder to see where the issues is to determine if this is potentially a problem for the future.

No: You probably have some degree of shoulder instability. But if it is not painful and does not affect your function, you probably would be fine without treatment. If it does cause you trouble, see an orthopedic surgeon where an exam will usually verify the diagnosis. Some patients will respond to physical therapy and particularly severe cases may need surgery.
