See answer: Good question with some lack of consensus on correct answer. Many couples have been told to have sex once every other day during their fertile days. But a few studies have shown you can slightly improve your chances if you have sex once a day every day during your fertile window. Though there may be some depletion in semen volume and sperm count with more frequent sex, overall more deposited.
