You need a partner: It sounds like this is causing conflict for you because of your religious beliefs perhaps. The only way at your age when your sex drive is naturally quite high would be to have a sexual partner so you would not have to have guilt feelings about expressing what is normal for a man. Otherwise, if you are a muslim, i would recommend that you talk to other men your age or to an imam regarding how you are supposed to keep this under control.
