Can B: If there is involvement of the biceps tendon, the pain can refer 2 the area u described as the tendon attachment is there. I have had multiple rotator cuff surgeries on both shoulders ; still have the pain there if i hold the phone 2 my ear ; then try 2 straighten it out.
