Is it normal to have middle right back pain in the same spot everyday while 20 weeks pregnant. the pain is kinda sharp achy not relieved with tylenol (acetaminophen)?

Back pain: It is not normal to have any pain anytime except labor pain, especially localized pain. It could be coming from muscle skin or a joint. If skin looks normal can try massaging gently if does not help get it seen.
