I have a thyroid disease what foods should i eat ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal diet: Having thyroid disease does not restrict your diet but you should stay away from 'thyroid supplements' or food high in iodine like seaweed, kelp which can sometimes be found in sushi. They have high iodine loads which can affect the thyroid function otherwise eat what you always have.
