2 types: Dizziness can lightheadedness(faint like) or vertigo(spinning). Lightheadedness can be due to low blood pressure, slow heart rate, anemia, or even fast heart rate or high blood pressure. Vertigo is often due to inner ear problems and is worse on motion of the head. What type do you have? An exam is probably best for you.
