A member asked:

Polymorphs in my blood is 70% , what is the problem associated with that?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

White blood cells: Polymorphs are used to help diagnose leukemia, infection, multiple myeloma and several other illnesses like appendicitis. Not only is the blood count important put the appearance of the white blood cell is important. It is not important as a screening test and should be accompanied by other physical and lab tests to give help in making diagnosis of illness. Your physician is the person to call.
