Problem in and out.: As far as i know, central valley california and a high air pollution index. But if you are having difficulty breathing, then you have some underlying condition, either with your heart of lung systems, that may be exacerbated by the air you are breathing. So, get a good checkup with your internist, including blood testing, ekg, pulmonary function study.
