Overkill!: You are already on two forms of hormonal contraception. There are serious risks involved if you take too much, specifically blood clots, deep venous thrombosis or longer term risk of hormone related cancers. Are you using Plan B as a way to prevent infection? That's not what PlanB does. If you are that sure you don't desire fertility consider the Mirena IUD. 4 HIV prophylaxis Truvada (emtricitabine and tenofovir) is the drug.
