ADHERENT FORESKIN,: When penile foreskin gets attached to the glans penis, the natural greasy white substance 'smegma' gets trapped in the constricted part(corona glandis). Over time, smegma accumulation makes a bump, smelling, can get infected. This is seen more in obese boys, as their penis gets buried in the pubic fat. For pain give Ibuprofen 2-3 times daily, use vaseline on the area to prevent recurrent adhesion.
