IgA deficiency: or rather selective IgA deficiency, still a rare disease, but the most common type of immunodeficiency, at times associated with IgG subclass deficiency, usually asymptomatic, but can have upper respiratory problems, can be prone to auto-immune diseases, need to be cautious with blood or blood products infusion, if diagnosed or suspected please get evaluated by an allergist/immunologist, take care
