Need docs answers! what eyedrops are similar to alrex (loteprednol)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Light steroid drops: Alrex is 0.2% loteprednol, a very light concentration topical steroid for limited inflammation of the outside of the eyes. Fluorometholone (fml) can substitute and is available as a generic. Sometimes a non steroid such as Bepreve (bepotastine besilate) or Nevanac can provide the same effect without the need for steroids at all.
