I have a broken 4 metatarsals in left foot, recover time, what to do?

Depends : On the type of fracture and what treatment is required. Bone normally takes about 6 weeks to heal. You may need physical therapy after that. You will probably required to be non-weight bearing for several weeks and be in a cast.
