Multiple antibiotics: Primary "koch's infection" is better known as pulmonary tuberculosis. Tuberculous infections can be very serious and are diagnosed with a combination of serology, cultures, molecular testing, biopsies, and imaging studies. The best treatment is achieved by having culture results with sensitivity testing to determine which drug combination(s) will best rid the patient of infection.
