Many: First, a brain injury, which can potentially be fatal or disabling. A skull fracture is another, which may be depressed, requiring surgery. Facial fractures, facial nerve injury, deafness and potentially cervical spine as well. It's not like in the movies. At a minimum, concussion, which may be mild to severe.
