A spine deformity: A spondylolisthesis is a shifting of one vertebral bone over another. Spondylo means spine and listhesis means slip. Sometimes you can feel the step off that this can create when running a hand over the middle of someone's back that has this. There are various types due to origin: congenital , traumatic and degenerative the most common.
