Early stage: If it is stage one then good, stage 2 you may try after that not much. Make sure you also strengthen your quadriceps and stretch hamstrings.

Well, could be b: Good, but good be better. When used alone, the results are slightly better than taking full-dose nsaids, at much greater cost, when used with the naproxens of the world, results are better than either alone.
