Manage it: I see that you are a grown-up and still suffering from acne. You need to get with a dermatologist. The holes might be treatable with fillers, microsurgery or laser. Your disease can be kept at bay though the medications are not pleasant. The pigmented lesions if very conspicuous might be worth bleaching. Best wishes.
