Get evaluated: Pain that is regionally specific is usually easier to work up by a doctor. If you have your appendix, then this may be a warning sign of inflammation. Other possibilities also include gastrointestinal disorders like irritable bowel, Crohn's or ulcerative colitis (autoimmune), celiac or gluten sensitivity...you get the picture. See your PCP.

RLQ pain: Pan in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen is often due to appendicitis. You should see a surgeon for proper evaluation and possible appendectomy soon. An infected appendix can rupture and cause bigger problems.
