Could using boniva (ibandronate) give you pain under the kneecap?

Not usually: You can get bone pain with these medications but usually it would be more generalized. Why do you need boniva (ibandronate) at age 42? Osteoporosis at this age uncommon and suggests there is a lot more to your medical history.
