Blind spots: Hypochondriacs can have real disease just as any other patient can. Go see your eye MD for a formal evaluation and put your mind to rest. Be honest about the hypochondria and as specific as you can about the vision problems. The eye MD will have several tests to evaluate your vision and your visual field. You may do better with one less thing to worry about.
