Possible: While too much pain specifically cannot kill someone, the physiologic reactions they undergo could cause death. For example, extreme pain can lead to a greatly increased heart rate. In susceptible people, this could lead to certain arrhythmias. Specifically from pain, no, but from physiological sequelae, yes.
