Effective Rx: Skin grafting can be full thickness to cover smaller defects or for better aesthetics or resilience, and split thickness grafts that heal faster and cover larger areas. Donor site for split-thickness is usually the lateral thigh, for full thickness it depends on site of defect to be covered.
