Thoracic Kyphosis: Scheuermanns disease is a deformity in the thoracic or thoracolumbar spine in children. Patients have an increased kyphosis in the thoracic or thoracolumbar spine with associated backache and localized changes in the vertebral bodies.

Round back may be mild or more severe.Usually more cosmetic issue than one of pain.
