Could laser eye surgery correct loss of visual field vision?

No: Laser corrective surgery will improve the ability of the eye to focus without glasses but it will not improve a visual field loss.

No: It will not affect your field of vision. Of course, a 44 year old should have a normal field of vision. If you do not, that should be fully evaluated.
