Endoscopy ulcer: You should follow up with your doctor or the gastroenterologist for tratment if they found ulcer, it needs to be treated with antibiotics and acid supressors, and discuss the question about biopsy as well.So if you have not done already make a follow up appointment with the gastroenterologist or your family doctor.

Gastric ulcers: should be biopsied, as risk of malignancy is higher. both with gastric and duodenal ulcers should look for H pylori and treat if positive. esophageal needs PPI and possibly f/u exam, depending on severity. happy to elaborate if you give more details.
