How do i know if i have a bad vision for my eyes?

Compare with others: Test your vision against friends of yours, especially if you know they have good vision. Test each eye in turn and see if their limits for things like road signs are the same as yours. If they see equally then your vision is fine. If they can see farther than you, then you might need an evaluation for eyeglasses.
